My Story

I am Dr. Nikole Stewart-Demke! I grew up in Jackson, Nebraska and graduated from Allen Consolidated Schools in 2014. I continued my education at Wayne State College where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Life Science Health Sciences in May 2018. Soon after graduation, I made the move to Minnesota to begin my graduate program. I graduated in April 2021 from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, Minnesota, where I received my Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. While I was attending chiropractic school, I also became Acupuncture and FAKTR certified. I am excited to continue gaining more knowledge every day!
I've worked in the area since 2021. It's always been my dream to get back to my home state and continue providing care to others.
